        • Self image Activity

Who am I and what do I want to communicate? This process helps you define your ‘present’ self image and your ‘ideal’ self image.

There are five aspects to a person’s image

          1. The Concealed – the inner you – the part that comprises your values, beliefs, motivations, self esteem, confidence, abilities, knowledge, ethics and attitudes.

          2. The Implicit – this is about reputation – what someone expects of you when you’re about to meet for the first time.

          3. The Perceived – visual presentation accounts for more than 60% of the impression you make on others. People assume that your actions and dress is a reflection of what lies beneath.

          4. The Experienced – all about people skills – how you behave and communicate with others.

          5. The Demonstrated – the sum of all parts. With this in mind, please answer the following questions.

The first three relate to identity, the internal self. The next three relate to the external self.

        • My Life Style

Our lifestyles incorporate multiple roles and environments, each placing various demands on our personal presentation. It’s useful to review our lifestyle on a weekly basis, especially if those roles are diverse.

          20% of wardrobe worn = $3,000
          80% of wardrobe unworn = $12,000

Is your wardrobe an asset or liability?
